LGS construction

The basis of this “prefabricated and modular” construction system is
LGS system (Light Gauge Steel Framing System) – skeleton construction with galvanized steel profiles. In the world, the following abbreviations are still used for this system: CFS – Cold Formed Steel; LSF – Light Steel Framing; SFS – Steel Framing System

Modern construction methods

MMC (Modern Methods of Construction) — solutions based on the LGS (Light Gauge Steel) structural system have taken precedence in prefabricated modular buildings over timber and concrete construction. This building system has been widely and intensively used for more than 20 years across virtually the entire world (Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, China, Russia, Africa, Scandinavian countries, South America…).
